Geografica, S.A. de C.V., with address at Viena 1210 Col. Bosques del Nogalar, San Nicolas de los Garza, N.L. is a company that agrees that you as a consumer (hereinafter, “THE OWNER”) have the right to know what information we collect from you and the treatment we give you.
The conditions contained herein are applicable to all information collected by Geografica, S.A. of C.V. (Hereinafter Geografica)
The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to inform you about the treatment that will be given to your personal data when they are collected, used, stored and/or transferred by Geografica.
Geografica will be responsible and, therefore, who will decide on the treatment given to your personal data.

Geografica may use your personal data for other purposes, as long as said purposes are compatible with the previous ones and “THE OWNER” is notified in advance, giving his or her consent and they can be considered analogous to the previous ones.
Your personal data will be processed only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described and/or in accordance with what is established by the applicable legal provisions.
In the event that your personal data is intended to be used for a purpose other than that mentioned above, Geografica will notify you by email or by telephone, in order to obtain your consent for the processing of your personal data according to the new purposes. If you do not receive your consent, in cases where it is necessary, Geografica will not use your personal data.
The personal data provided to Geografica will be duly protected through technological, physical and administrative security measures, as well as mechanisms designed to protect personal data from damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or prosecution. Your personal data will only be available to personnel authorized by Geografica to process the information and only for the purposes described in this Notice.
As part of the business operations and in order to fulfill the purposes described; Geografica may share with third parties, national or foreign, with whom it is legally or commercially related, the data to be shared will be some or all of your personal data.
Geografica will ensure that said third parties maintain adequate security, administrative, technical and physical measures to safeguard your personal data, as well as that said third parties only use your personal data for the purposes for which they were contracted and in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
Geografica will not assign, sell or transfer your personal data to third parties not related to Geografica, without your prior consent. However, Geografica may transfer your personal data in the cases provided for in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
In the event that THE OWNER wishes to oppose the processing of his or her personal data for the purposes provided for in this paragraph, by means of a communication sent to the email that appears on the Geografica WEB page, with a copy to the email indicated later, of the person in charge of the processing and monitoring of this information.
The OWNER may request that Geografica not share or transfer their personal data.
THE OWNER has the right to know what personal data is held about you, what it is used for and the conditions of use that we give it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we delete it from our records or databases when we consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations provided for in the law (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). If you request rectification, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the necessary official documentation to support your request. Geografica will respond at the address or by the means that THE HOLDER of the personal data designates in his request, within a period of 10 business days, which may be extended by 5 more business days upon notification. The response will indicate whether the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition is appropriate and, if applicable, it will become effective within 5 business days following the date on which the response is communicated.
Geografica reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Notice as it deems appropriate, for example, to comply with changes to data protection legislation or comply with Geografica's internal provisions.
Geografica will inform you and make the updated Privacy Notice available to you when significant changes are made to it, as well as when your consent is required to be obtained through the WEB page www.geografica.com.mx.
THE OWNER declares that he has read and understood this Privacy Notice and expressly accepts the way in which Geografica will treat his personal data, in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
